Casey was awesome!! The battery in my car was dead on a Friday late afternoon two days before Christmas. Casey offered to come jumpstart my car in below zero temps so I could make it in to get a battery before they closed for the holiday weekend. The tow truck came earlier than expected so it wasn’t necessary for him to out. When I got to the store he made sure my battery was put in immediately. I had almost given up on this location based on my past few experiences. But Casey offered to go above and beyond and was very pleasant before and during my visit. The kind of customer service that most people don’t care to provide anymore!
