My appointment was for 3PM but my car wasn’t serviced until 4:30 PM and only after I inquired as to the delay.

The salesman, I believe his name was Chuck (?) Was so very friendly. We talked with him while there, very nice and helpful. It took an hour for the crew to begin working on our truck. There were a couple cars ahead of us so it was understandable we had a little wait. We were in the facility for 3 hours. I don't know the normal wait time, but I thought we'd be outta there in about 2 hours. It will not keep us from using Big O for future purchases, we've been customers for years and highly recommend Big O. Just thought the wait was a little long.

Again despite an appointment and discussing which tires were needed my wife got up early to make the 9 o’clock appointment and then they didn’t have the tires and she had to come back. She was quite upset and I got to hear all about that.

I clicked on tire pressure check and tire rotation when I scheduled my appointment. I picked up my car and the tire pressure was the same as when I dropped it off so I am thinking the pressure was not checked or tires actually rotated. 2 tires have higher pressure and they are the same two on my screen now too.

Do the multi point inspection. Relay information given by customer about their cars, when given a new phone number, update it in the system so customers don't have to call multiple times to get an answer on when their vehicles will be ready.

Short staffed

Short staffed 1 call out. 3 mechanics. I watched the entire process, my tech took over an hour and a half to do a oil change and mount 2 tires. One person younger not wearing work uniform, maybe pulling vehicles in and out stoped and talked and looked at multiple videos on phone with both techs in the two hours I didn't see the tech working on van do much of anything in an hour and a half. I could tell the super visor was tied up with a. Difficult customer most of his time and when he went back to give instructions all three employees were all together talking. The person at front desk was telling callers and walk ins no appointments rest of day.

It felt like the salesperson was trying to charge me for something that I didn’t need. It was clear by looking at my receipt that they had planned to charge me for something that I didn’t need. Had I not looked for myself your sales person would’ve cheated me.

I realize that you were busy, but I had an appointment. Brought my car in at 8am, I left after receiving what needed to be done, new tires etc. I said I be back at noon when my grandson dropped me off when he went to work. Apparently the gentleman who checked me in was under the impression that o would pick up the car at closing, which was not what I had said at all. I returned to the store at noon and thought my car was still being worked on since it on the rack. Some work was done but not all. I sat in the waiting area 5:50 pm. Cory was so nice and not his fault at all. Things happen! Perhaps if the other gentleman had listened better it would have saved us all some distress.
