It seems that my mechanic was either fired or quit. Three different people worked on one oil change. Took over an hour and a half and didn’t know if a disgruntled employee was coming back with a gun or what would happen.

Technician that didn’t loyal change on March 6th entered my vehicle on the drivers side and left black grease on the sun visor and head liner when he placed oil change sticker on my windshield. He did not remove the grease and when I noticed this mess I returned to your shop to report this problem to the manager. The manager was courteous and came out to inspect my vehicle. He tried to remove the grease, but was not successful, and asked me to come back the next day after he would purchase another product to clean the grease off my sunvisor and headliner. I told manager that I would try to remove the grease on my own. I ask manager to give me a complementary oil change for my trouble, and he did. I told manager he have talk with his technician about cleanliness when entering customers vehicles.

Used a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation for $19.95. Wasn’t asked or told that they no longer use conventional motor oil and they only use a blend of synthetic oil, which makes the cost much higher. Didn’t expect the high price of an oil change. Makes me angry and the coupon looks like a bait and switch tactic. You will totally lose more business with that practice!

Didn’t receive a receipt. Didn’t get a window sticker with oil change details. Service writer was suppose to call or text when finished but car was sitting outside unlocked and I had to go ask if service was completed. I paid bill, and the person went immediately to another register to help another customer. Never said a word to me.

I bought the tire warranty and the tire needed replaced and I was charged $50 to get one under warranty. That's not how this product was sold to me. I was told it was 100% covered at no cost to me

Fire everyone and start over with experienced people. The so called manager in training was not very helpful at all. She could see that I was having a problem with what they were saying and she kept walking away. The service advisors kept walking away and talking on their phone. I worked at this location when it was ntb and it was very professional back then now it’s just a joke.

We had an appointment but were told by associate that they could not find it in the system so they could not help us. My daughter from out of town had a flat and we needed it replaced so that she could drive home the next day. We had paid for road hazard insurance. were told that they could not help us that day. when we presented the confirmation number we were then told that they could fit us in. After the mechanic inspected the tire we were told it had to be replaced but was no longer available to order and that we would have to come in on Mon and talk to the manager. They said that a tire was not available to fit the car. We ended up taking the car elsewhere and paying for a new tire. I called the store on Mon and talked to the manager and he confirmed that they did have a tire in stock that would have worked. I think they didn't want to take care of us because it was 3 on Sat 8-24-24 and they close at 5. The other store that put the new tire on also closed at 5. We got there at 4:15 and they told us that even if they had to stay after 5 they would take care of us. We bought ALL tires for our family from BigOTires /NTB for yrs. Will never return to BigOTire

I was told an oil change and tire rotation would take an hour. I went to neighboring businesses to kill time. Came back and still had to wait which I was fine with. I understand things happen. When done, I was charged for 2 extra quarts of oil and a drain plug. I have had great service in the past. I'm guessing new management or a change in company policy. I won't be doing oil changes there again

Complete all the work I’m paying for including resetting my car computer and putting a sticker in the window. I’m still 100% sure the work was even done. I’ve lost faith in this Big O. I used to get great service before it changed ownership.
