I like that everything about the 2 tires I was comparing where explained to me to help me make a better decision. It was easy to drop off my vehicle and return when it was finished. I already had the Big O credit card so paying was a breeze.

I appreciate how friendly (I think it was Saul) he was when checking in and out. I appreciate the help I received which was last minute. I appreciate that Big O Tires always come through when I need help with my Kia.

Under new Mgmnt. Service staff is great and office is spotless.

The service was great. They are quick at there work also know what they are doing. Always check if I need anything else done to my vehicle.
