I frequent the Archibald location and am completely satisfied with the service every time I go. I always recommend Big O Tires to both friends and family.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff

This location had an ownership change. Previous owners let the store deteriorate and service was not good. I gave the new ownership a while to get settled in. My 1st impression was they remodeled the front office. Very clean and comfortable space to wait. All employees were in matching uniforms and very friendly. Was very impressed.

Very easy to shop tires online and schedule service. The staff was friendly and very helpful, explaining a situation with my TPMS system would not cost as much as I originally expected to fix! The location was close to home and easy to get to.

The person that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. Expkained what they would do on my service. His actions, attitude and professionalism were outstanding. He deserved recognition for the way he does his job.
