We experienced a tire failure in Victorville and had the car towed to the Ranch Cucamonga Big O shop. The shop treated us well and got us on our way with no hassles. Well done!

Our experience at Big O Tires, Archibald Ave/Rancho Cucamonga location was great! The technicians explained everything, from cost upfront to maintenance details. There were a few coupons that could be added to the overall cost of new tires, rear break pads and the oil change - all came in very handy and therefore, the overall cost was reasonable. Everyone was friendly and professional throughout the process. I will be coming back for all my vehicle needs as much as possible, indeed! Thank you all for a wonderful experience

Had a nail in my tire, needed an oil change and brake inspection. Sal checked my tire and also mentioned my car was due for service soon. I did not know Big O offered this type of service. I had this service scheduled for Saturday with the dealer, but Sal was able to complete the service for half the price and half the time. I appreciated the honesty and no hard selling of services and how quickly I was accommodated and updated on the progress of my service.

I frequent this specific location almost monthly. Every time I visit I am greeted promptly and I am always given excellent customer service from the moment I walk in until the moment I leave. I also enjoy the new renovation which gives a very open and clean feeling to the place.
