Professional, friendly, and quick turn around.

I called Tires Plus three times to get an appointment. There was no answer all 3 times. I called Harley's twice, no answer there. So I went to Google to get a phone number for Big-O and I found that I could schedule an appointment online, so I did. I was worried that they might not see it since it was scheduled online but then I received a confirmation. It was great. I dropped off my vehicle Sat morning before they opened, they called me after they had done the inspection, told me what needed to be done, and gave me a price, I told them that I needed the pickup on Sunday so they would need to complete all the repairs (which was a lot) by the end of the day. They committed to getting it finished by the end of the day. About 6 hours later, they called me back and told me it was done. I paid over the phone. Picked up the vehicle and everything was as good or better than expected. Not only was I satisfied with the service but the price was very competitive.
