Big O Tires

I stopped in the day before I made my appointment. I had several questions. Mike and his crew were very helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough in answering those questions. I really appreciate the time they took. Today, at my appointment, it was all easy peasy...They changed the oil and did a brake check in a short time. I appreciate that Mike mentioned a serious concern...explaining whay, how, and why. So far, I've met 3 in house team members. They're all friendly. Annnd, They have coffee, water, and snacks available (which was super awesome since I had just gotten off work.) They're GREAT! I'll go back!

We bring our fleet trucks to a lot of places but Big O in minot is the best and we going to bring everything here now. People with good values wanting to do things right and fair at a good price.

I obtained a new battery. Also,had a 22pt vehicle inspection,etc Received an oil change also. Purchased new wiper blades as I needed them also. Employees n owners very professional,friendly n informative. I will definitely have all my work done there n highly recommend to others.

So happy to see Mike Werre with his own shop. He is a great and honest guy.
