Be consistent with pricing, I was attracted to the promotion but I had to asked for it. Then my pricing was changed and it felt like it was manipulated and I end up saving couple of bucks.

Should let customers know on going promotions and estimated time to be service completed. I hope all Midas has free wifi service.

Though brake job and belt replacement done, but resetting TPMS was totally overlooked when picking up vehicle. Told to make a separate appointment for such. Old parts were not offered to return but marked being rejected by customer. Did not bother to check the correct odometer but asked for a guessing estimate.

I made an appt to purchase tires, installed and balanced. When I got there, tires were not even ordered. Was told that many people cancel their appt and Midas is stuck with the tires they purchased, so they only order tires when people show up. Had to then get driven home, leave vehicle with shop and come back later. When came back to pick up vehicle, financing was not in place as was originally planned. Worker tried phoning to head office down east, which was closed, so I had to leave my car again, this time overnight until financing paperwork got done. Next day car paperwork was ready when I went to pick car up at noon. Had no compensation offered.

First of all in the "inspection" they said I needed new brakes and brake fluid, I literally had my brakes changed not even a month prior to this appointment, so because I was a young female I feel they were trying to take advantage of me. They also said they only could do synthetic oil in my Hyundai when I know for a fact you can use conventional oil, but again because I'm a female and don't know much about cars they tried to take advantage of the situation.

Midas needs to have better communication in the pricing . They should charge at first not at the end where there is hiden fees.

Not much you can do other than maybe giving me a warning that a lug nut broke during the operation. Or could replace the damaged part free of charge as it’s something tiny and minuscule but dangerously risky and tedious.

The appointment was for 12pm the work did not begin until 12:50pm. If they were running behind l should have been notified before my arrival
