Communicate clearly to the customer the expected time. Don't let them wait 3 hrs instead 1 hrs which was promised. And please perform the service have promised. No tire pressure was done on my vehicle. I had to stop midway to inflate tires.

Broke the wire of left wheel and then gave me vehicle with all lights on, on the dashboard and when we try to talk with them at that time they blaim on us that we bring it like that. Didn’t admit their mistake and that cost me 400$ to fix my car from another place. I came here to save my money but they make me spend more. I would never recommend them to anyone else.

Offer to do oil change for 79.99 in texting but charged $167 due to 10w30 oil. I have paid $79.90 for my RAV4 with 10w30 oil last year. It does make any sense for additional cost.

The location was under staffed, drain pan plug not properly installed, got info in vehicles mixed up. not the professional job i was anticipating
