El Pollo Loco

I waited in the drive thru for 13 minutes before even ordering. It was 7:17pm. After I ordered only 3 items and 1 drink, I had to wait again. 16 minutes total. I will not go again, I should of gone to kfc

I decided to visit Pollo Loco because I received a free birthday meal from them. When I tried to use the free meal coupon, the cashier let me know that it rang up as used. Seems to me that Pollo Loco gave me a false coupon just to get me to go there. Terrible
