Big O Tires

The associate that checked me out was not aware that I was getting a promo or had a Groupon for my alignment. I had told the associate at check in that I had a Groupon and I chose my tires online with the promo when I scheduled.

Tire pressure maintenance switch not covered with tire warranty.

The website didn’t indicate the tires I selected were not at the location I selected. My tires were installed a day after my original appointment.

Vending machine or water fountain would of been nice. After getting home there was 2 value stem's with no caps & after letting sit for a couple of hours checked tire pressure & all 4 tires where over the recommended amount.

what is the point of online appointments if they just get pushed back for call in appointments and seemingly walk-ins? My appointment was a 11am and my vehicle was brought in until ~12:30pm and it took on 20 minutes to balance my wheels. Stop cramming in appointments just because online appointments take a back seat.

This was a great store as Best Tire. As Big O the prices went way up, the services like alignment dont compare. I wasnt informed of the cost for tpms sensor kits. I will not return. The staff was great. They always are but since Big O bought it out i will go somewhere else. Too Bad.

You need to refund the whole service.

Have employees with more knowledge, it’s one thing to not get it right it’s another to suggest two totally wrong prescriptions. Just to go home and find the problem to be so blatantly obvious.

The manager at the Tacoma location in Washington State needs to be fired This place is losing a lot of business it's too bad
