Always friendly, and quick at meeting me when I arrive. They are more than helpful with my needs. Took extra care on freshly painted wheels. Made sure someone with top experience handled them. These guys are great... everytime I visit.

Both associates that assisted me were very help, kind, and respectful. They were clear that prices had gone up before I even left my car there. It was helpful to know this information.

For my issue being unexpected, Big O was very helpful in getting me in and getting the issue resolved in a timely manner. With questions asked, they were helpful clarifying my understanding and helping me choose the best product for me and my car.

I booked my appointment for alignment online, but I don’t recall being given any options for what length of warranty. When I was presented a bill for the 1 year warranty by default it was $60 more than I was expecting to pay. I stated I wanted the 90-day warranty option and the associate appeared slightly annoyed that he had to change the order and print a new receipt. Better clarity on pricing during the scheduling process would be helpful.

I was told it should only take about 1 hour 15 minutes. I was there for an hour and 40 minutes and they still forgot to align my tires. They did apologize and say we can hurry and do it in about 20 minutes and I said no I'm ready to go home. I believe there was just a miscommunication between the front and back staff. They were all really nice though!!

I called in to purchase some tires. They ordered it for the next day and they said they will call me when the tires arrived and to bring in my car. Never got a call so I called them late afternoon and they said the tires arrived. It would’ve been nice getting a call and keeping their word from them instead of waiting all day. Overall, I’m pleased with the service and price

There was quite a wait and the lobby was pretty full with little seating. I was informed on the status of my car at the beginning but not anymore after that.
