Overall the staff was amazing. The lady really helped me choose a tire in my budget and it was done in under a hour! Super fast and friendly. Will be coming back.

Good service and timely

I called Big O after my tire sensor alerted to low air in which I found a nail. I spoke with John who was friendly and reassuring. He explained the hours of operations and assured me that they most certainly can get it fixed. I also requested an oil change which he happily agreed one stop shop..they can get it done. I have coming to Big O for years and it has always been a pleasure. I spoke with all of the 3 employees at some time during my visit and all 3 were very welcoming and kind. The waiting area is comfortable too. Overall, it was the perfect experience. Thank you!

I have been to this Big O Tires location twice and they have been very friendly and accommodating. They answer any questions I have and take the time to explain things to you, if needed. Good People
