I was highly satisfied with my service.

I scheduled the appointment electronically. The tech called when the job was finished. The tech was able to provide coupons for the oil change saving me some money. I was completely satisfied with the service.

First no refreshments available while waiting. I like a little coffee while waiting. The man who checked me in was friendly and explained every thing quite well. The price was a bit high. Not a very neat waiting area.

Staff was friendly and I was aware that it would take a while to get an oil change. Luckily, I was not in a hurry but I was never told that my vehicle was ready. I had to call the next day to find out that it was ready. We ended up needing another vehicle's oil changed, so we dropped that off and picked up the first. We were again not told that the vehicle was ready. Front reception was friendly but I just wish a text or call could have been given when service was done.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. No complaints at all. I will be coming back for future car repairs

Wasn't given a receipt for my service. Was told one would be emailed, which never happened.

Didn't have the correct filter at the scheduled time, had to wait longer.

I was having issues with my breaks and could not figure out what was wrong. It just didn’t feel right. I took it to the big o and they gave me a break flush and it seemed to have helped!

Service is excellent and problems are understandable. However, there should be a system in place to notify customers if scheduled service isn't available. I came in scheduled twice to get information that should have been a phone call.
