Big O Tires

Well I was quoted one price which was high so I was going to take to someone else he gave me a better price.

Dont adverstise tire that you dont even carry. I ordered a certain tire at a certain price but the front desk told me that he had never even heard of those tires. I ended up spending almost twice the advertised price. My friend had the same experiences. You are quite aware of this. Classic bait and switch.

Angel gave me a price of $469. She and her husband left. The person (think his name was Jonathan) left in charge charged me more. I paid with cash and store did not have change so he rounded it down to $500. Upon getting my keys, I asked about checking the wheel alignment, the tech who did the good job of replacing the hub said an alignment check was not needed on this job for an Oldsmobile Aurora. Yet upon driving onto Memorial my alignment was appeared fine, however my steering wheel was slightly off center.

I came with a Groupon but was told that that price of the Groupon was more expensive than the basic service and that there was no way the representative could run/scan the Groupon. When I showed him the price of the Groupon which also included a discount from Groupon, he reiterated that he had no way to run the Groupon. The rep was very polite about it but it still sucks that I was brought to the Big O because of Groupon but had to pay more because of a problem with the system.

I was told I could bring in my car. I drove 40 minutes to get work performed only to get there and be told their air compressors are down. I missed work for nothing. This is not at all acceptable. I won’t be back
