Hassan was very accomodating and very helpful explaining other products and services. I experienced friendliness, good quality service and great value for my budget.

I am worried about future wait times as this is a new location and the employees there seem to have such great customer service that they will definitely be busy in the future with new and committed customers. My suggestion, keep the guy at the front (can't remember his name but was there on 8/9) desk or at least have him train new faces because his customer service will 100% secure customer relationships with the store.

The sales associate was wonderful. He made sure my car was taken care of. Everything was great during my visit . I would recommend this location to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work .

Everything went smoothly

Everything was smooth , easy and didn’t feel pressured or anything. Everything was very open and to the point. When it comes to my car I like it to be clean cut and they gave me that.

Communication throughout the process

Very professional. Everything was explained in detail as the mechanic and manager showed me on my vehicle everything that had to be replaced. Employee of Midas took me home to wait, as much needed to be done. The cost was a real shocker! But for what needed to be done, the pricing was fair.Thank you guys for the hospitality and the great work. And definitely easing me into the sticker shock without giving this old girl a heart attack or a stroke. LOL
