The gentleman who assisted us was super friendly and knowledgeable. He educated us on poles, feeders, squirrel baffles. How to install. Resources. Advise. Hw was amazing. I only wish I could remember his name. I think he was the owner.

Per the previous recommendation of staff, I have tried the hot pepper seed. It is amazingly convincing at discouraging squirrels. I returned for more.

The store and staff are fantastic!! Enjoy looking through the store every time I go. Selection of quality merchandise is the best. Looking forward to my next visit already.

Nice store and enjoyable shoping experience. My kids love to visit with the store cat and tortise and I love how it's organized. The staff help me get all my stuff to my car. I love the bird sounds. Just an enjoyable experience overall!

They are very knowledgeable about the store items, can explain the differences in the food types, and offer suggestions about feeders and other equipment available for purchase. I really enjoy shopping at this store.
