The only issue wasn't the technicians fault, the vendor did not supply the part as promised on time.

Previously I had an issue where my car would not start. I called Big O and they were able I get me in immediately. The gentleman I spoke to even recommended a towing service. They were able to diagnose the problem and have me on my way in a couple of hours. I decided to return for an oil change and tire rotation. A couple other minor issues were found, but I felt like communication was great regarding issues that needed immediate attention and those that needed to be on the radar coming up.

They explained everything and were very nice
