I was at Home Depot and my front tire was going flat. I took off to Big O Tires and hoped they could get me going. They started right on it. Their were several other cars they were working on. I visited with Shaun Bonura when I first got there. He got all my information and we visited some, I'm a talker. He was business like and nice to talk to. My wait was not long. I checked out with Jim Burroughs. I had asked Shaun about new tires, and he asked Jim to get me some prices. I have a quote on tires and will be getting them soon, didn't know what to expect when I got there but it was all good. Joey

The customer service speaks volume and the location and value of the many services offered. Eric was my sales associate and was very helpful in letting me know the best tire for My Ford Escape. Unfortunately I will be moving out of state and there is NOT another Big O in my state or even close.
