Big O Tires

I went in for brake inspection thinking I needed new pads. I thought the squeal plate indicated a need. Was informed may have been rust causing the steal, but I had at least 50% of existing pads left. Since all 4 tires were off, I asked the cost of a rotation. They weren't even going to charge me, so I tipped the tech who took the tires off for the inspection. Very pleased with the integrity of the service provided.

I had a flat tire a nail in my tire I went there when they ware about to close and they had no issues taking care of my car and there very fast

Everything was easy from tire purchase to scheduling and the people were very friendly.

Shop was clean, associates friendly. My only complaint, if you will, was the associate working on my car must’ve been unfamiliar with my vehicle or service he was providing because I watched as he tried to figure out how/where to remove parts in order to perform oil change. I was also a little concerned about driving off because my vehicle service had been completed and my car pulled back to the front of the store and the technician came out and wanted me to wait while he tightened the lugs on my tires. That made me a little nervous. Also, my car is fairly new and has a little over 7,000 miles on it and is a white vehicle. I’m very particular about my vehicle and it came out with grease on hood and on the side. I feel like a towel should’ve been used when placing dirty hands on a new white vehicle, or clean it off at the completion of service. Otherwise, I was satisfied with my visit.

My wife's vehicle had a slow leak in the right front tire. I needed to have it looked at and repaired. They were able to accommodate me right away. Unfortunately, the leak was too close to the out side edge of the tire. Eric explained that this was not going to be a safe repair and he did give me several options. The one I chose was to have the tire replaced. Since I didn't want a "odd" tire on the vehicle, I decided to replace two tires on the vehicle saving the remaining good tire and I will use it as a spare. My wife and I waited and within the hour the vehicle was completed and we were back on the road again. VERY HAPPY WITH SERVICE, Eric and Shawn were vey nice and knowledgeable.

The customer service was impeccable. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and offered me water and coffee. The entire place smelled so incredibly clean. I will definitely be back for my next oil change.
