Big O Tires

The customer service speaks volume and the location and value of the many services offered. Eric was my sales associate and was very helpful in letting me know the best tire for My Ford Escape. Unfortunately I will be moving out of state and there is NOT another Big O in my state or even close.

I especially liked being treated with respect! I’m a 72 year old woman and commonly dismissed in situations like this because they think I don’t know what I’m talking about.

I went in for brake inspection thinking I needed new pads. I thought the squeal plate indicated a need. Was informed may have been rust causing the steal, but I had at least 50% of existing pads left. Since all 4 tires were off, I asked the cost of a rotation. They weren't even going to charge me, so I tipped the tech who took the tires off for the inspection. Very pleased with the integrity of the service provided.
