I was satisfied with Jim's communication and explanation of everything. He was friendly & helpful. The negative is that after installing 4 tires, every tire was inflated to 4 different sizes, as well as all of them were well over the required amount for my vehicle. I had to bring it back to get regulated. They did it but blamed it on the machinery. Interesting how the machine didn't work correctly the first time, but when I brought it back, it worked. But they had me in & out in a decent amount of time, even with the oil change. I, personally, think they forgot to regulate the psi's.

I was satisfied? no problems everyone was very nice! I think your prices are a little high but the staff has nothing to do with that!

Conventional oil change (used coupon) did not come with they typical extras like tire rotation, air pressure, fluid checks, etc. I watched while most of the service was performed and did not see any of these extras being done. Maybe I missed it, but it seems unlikely.

For 2 tires and an alignment I was charged over 500.00 which is the highest price in town. If my tires wasn't so bad I would've went some where else.

Tire was crazy expensive for just 1 since I had a screw in my other one sidewall. I have 4 Goodyears on order currently for my vehicle and that only cost 480. This tire with install was almost 200 dollars. And my car calls for a 215/55/16 93H, they put on a 97V instead. So my other 3 tires are H rated this one is V rated. I hope it doesn't throw off my driving

It was my wife’s vehicle being serviced. She uses quite a bit of washer fluid so I double checked that it was filled during the service. It was not…. Upon further inspection, the coolant was also not filled (it was right on the L mark in the tank). The manager was very apologetic and resolved it quickly and professionally . Once I got in the car, I found that the sticker that tells you when to get the next change had the current mileage written on it instead of the amount of mileage that it will need the next oil change. The unfortunate impact of all of this is that I question if anything else was missed.

I understand mistakes happen, with the tire placed on wrong side/and end of car, but to be treated as an inconvenience, not apology for the mistake, as not fixing it that day, saying not one was there to fix it at 5:35, forcing me to be an hour late for work next day, was not good. Following day associate was nice, and the tire was changed.
