The sales associate presented several options to select from. The Mission Viejo store had several sales associates. She was friendly and not pushy.

Good customer service and good products I like how there is a lot of options. Good prices too but some are too expensive

Jenna is my go to girl. I called this location thinking it was just a jeweler that sold pandora. To my happy surprise they opened their doors 2 days prior. I rushed to the store. When I walked in the door Jenna recognized my voice and came over promptly to help. She listened to me and was so helpful. Well I bought the wrong size it was so easy to exchange. Jenna you are my go to girl. But everyone there are super nice and helpful! Chris
