I was highly satisfied with my experience because the sales representatives made my mom and me feel welcomed! I greatly appreciate that because a lot of people are quick to judge based on appearances and will ignore people who do not seem like them or etc.

I would like to see more sales in the future so i get the most bang for my buck. Please highly consider. Also I do not like the pay 6 buckaroonies for a box upgrade... that should be free considering it is not cheap. Please consider thank you.

This was the first day of the store being moved into its new location from the store space they were prior. They were still unpacking and setting displays. They also were doing inventory. Seems like they were a little disorganized.

New associate needs a lot of training does not let you touch items scared you will rob

Esta señora me hizo sentir muy incómoda, me hizo perder tiempo, le describí lo que quería y me daba todo lo contrario, estuve a punto de irme sin comprar nada y afortunadamente Jazmin estuvo dispuesta ayudarme. Yo soy cliente de Pandora en Las Vegas en Texas y en otros estados. Esta señora me hizo sentir como una delincuente. No me parece justo. Espero hagan algo al respecto. Muchas gracias!
