Room was dirty on arrival. Handle fell off during shower!

There was Pubic hair in our bed, all the coffee in our room was decaf (so obviously not restocked well) , we found a lot of things in the room from the previous people who stayed (toy cars, change, phone charger) which led us to believe that this room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. GROSS!!! Will NOT stay here again!!!
