Love the hermitage chipotle. I did an online order and the take out girl was very nice. I had a food allergy and she told me she took the time to wipe down everything and put fresh gloves on. No other chipotle does that for me. She was very polite and it was one of the best experiences.

Hermitage chipotle is my favorite location! The crew are super friendly and the atmosphere is great. They messed up an order I had, but quickly remade it and offered me a free burrito card! I was so impressed with how nicely they were about it and how they genuinely seemed to care about the mistake. I definitely will be back!
