I love the hermitage chipotle! The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is always upbeat and friendly. They get me through the line quickly and efficiently, even with a line to the door! I'm very amazed with how they are able to keep up!

this chipotle did not have ice tea when we visited. very disappointing. the chicken was too spicy.

Good but needs special sauces like at hot heads burritos

ordered online well in advance. showed up to pick up my order 15 minutes after the scheduled time and they hadn't started making it yet. waited, paid, took it home less than 5 minutes away and all the food was cold. not semi hot but actually cold. it was mediocre and and they didn't get the order 100% accurate either. and I didn't get an accurate receipt with my order either. it doesn't match what I was emailed when I paid online. I'm rather disappointed.
