Good food.

This is my favorite quick meal restaurant. The Norfolk, va location consistently has poor lobby cleanliness and sloppy food prep. Other locations I have visited were always excellent. I normally do not visit this location as I e experienced the same on my two prior visits

I have visited this establishment twice now and both times I have not made it home before getting sick. There will not be a third time.

After waiting 45 minutes in line my girlfriend found a very long black hair mixed in with her food. Both of us losing our appetites, we took the food back up to the counter to get a refund. The manager was very short and seemed annoyed with us that we wanted our money back. Not a very good experience

The workers needed us to repeat our order several times. One of the expo workers was placing the food in the baskets and he had a bandaid on his finger and I was disgusted because he should had been wearing a glove if he had a cut on his finger and handling food. The food was pretty bad too. I don't know what it was but it just tasted bland and was just unfortunate. They also didn't restock anything so we had to ask for napkins. The experience in total was just the worst we have ever had. It was very disappointing and we probably won't be going back anytime soon.
