Margaritas

I was very dissatisfied with the visit in Salem. The wait for our food was ridiculous.

There was only one other table filled in the whole resturant, service was slow, food was cold, food did not come as how it was described. For being only 1 of 2 customers you would think the food would be fast ad hot but it was the total opposite, no excuse I will never go back

I visited this margaritas because it is close to my home total convenience. So the bartender was the only bartender on Sunday night around 7:00 very quit bar. She was horrible there wee all of 4 party's at the bar, but she was so involved in making drinks for the rest of the restraunt that she payed no attention to her bar!!!!! All around to a bad experience even the manager who confronted me with a $10 coupon because the bartender already rang it in as cash couldn't be used at this time gave me a 15 dollar gift card looked inside there was only $10 lol! Really what horrible hospitality no one cared!!!!! I then told the bartender about the situation her response was ... Tough night! Really your manager just lied ! So I called on it and he came through with he originally said! At this point I waited about 20 minutes to cash out at least!!! The only reason I went there was because it's so close to my home , second try total fail!!!!
