Our sales associate Destinee was great. Very informative through the process and held our bracelet we called in for. Knowledgeable and helped us purchase another charm for a bracelet.

I was greeted by multiple associates immediately entering the store. The sales women all congratulated me on my special occasion, and even though I accidentally got the wrong size ring, an exchange was offered without hassle and free of charge. The ladies even remembered me the next day, asked questions about how the previous evening went, knowing it was something I was nervous about. They originally did pair a charm with the bracelet I had been looking at, and even though the selection was a perfect pairing, it wasn't clear to me at first that the item had been added to my bill. It was taken off the sales order, a misunderstanding on my part. I do wish the price of the charm was more clearly discussed before combining it to my order because it put me over budget and I felt bad that I couldn't afford it at that time. I had browsed the website for a few possible items and it was very convenient that anything I had chosen was in stock at the store in a range of sizes and colors. A major bonus when the entire purchase was something of an impulse and I didn't had to wait to order or get any items shipped.

Marcus B the store manager was extremely friendly and attentive! He assisted myself and my niece to find the perfect pieces for ourselves.
