I was greeted by Marcus and his staff upon my entrance into the store. They immediately apologized for the door not being as cool as normally. I work in the area and was aware of the energy issue. Marcus and his staff were knowledgeable of merchandise including sale items. They offered to clean the bracelet that I was wearing at the time, which I was happy about. All in all it was a great experience, and I will be back as I work in the area.
