I came to exchange a ring I bought two weeks ago that lost a stone, and the manager replaced it so quickly while I was looking around the store I didn’t realize she had already replaced it. I was already inclined to purchase a necklace prior to coming into the store and the level of satisfaction I had with the replacement of my damaged ring swayed me to purchase another piece. Well done Alexa!
