I am always very pleased with the service at Big O Lafayette. I requested the front tire be examined for any damage after I hit a deep pot hole. It was examined and found to be okay. I appreciate that I can trust the Big O associates to tell me the truth and not try to tell me something is wrong or sell me something I don't need.

Have gotten all my tires this Big O dealer for over 40 years. Friendly, good selection, knowledgeable and reasonable prices. Work finished in timely fashion. Always satisfied.

Chris was extremely helpful and we experienced amazing customer service. We brought two of our cars in for oil changes and brakes. Our older car needed lots of work and Chris explained all the details via phone call.

Great service as usual. All associates are knowledgeable and friendly. Explained all my options for new tires (old series tires were no longer available) and found best brand for my needs. Was able to buy them on sale during black friday event and they held them until christmas when I had time to have them installed.
