Big O Tires

Wife had a flat tire blow out, they inspected, ordered 4 new tires and had everything done in a few hours.

They were efficient, effective and friendly. Nice place to hang out.

I have had my car for four years now and I only use big o for my service there prices are always fair and they don’t try to push things on you. When I used to take it to the dealer it was always a hassle. I needed everything but this was not true I have a Lexus 2017 with over 225000 miles and it runs like new but I do what big O sugest thank you big o

I’m highly satisfied because they were friendly and I was also able to talk to one of the front desk guys about cars and what I wanted to do with my car. He gave me great advice about the correct steps for what I want to do!

I called for an appointment the morning of January 27, which was a Saturday. The Service Agent said that they were booked solid, but that he would see if there were any spots available. He returned to the phone, and told me that I could bring the car in at 3:00 PM that very same day. My tire was repaired in under 45 minutes, from the time I entered the store. Excellent Service!

I got an appointment for the next day. I waited during the appointment and it was ready an hour earlier than quoted.

Jason was so friendly and attentive. He provided a lot of information. I will definitely go back for regular serivice.
