This location was far better service wise than the Pinole location. I will continue to go Big O in Lafayette for any future needs as I was in and out in under an hour and the customer service here is great!

They were ready for me whom I came to drop off my car and pick it up. I go to the location when ever my Honda needs service or alignment needs. I have also bought tires there. The guys that work there are friendly and they charge me a fraction of what the dealership charges.

Steven Washington (Manager) went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and explained in detail any additional services I needed done on my truck. He's always nice and professional. I will definitely be back.

Your guys took a nail and a screw out of the tire, patched it and charges me nothing. Now when i need new tires I will go back to their shop for replacement. Service has always been great at that store
