Only place that was open on Thanksgiving! Staff was so cheerful and pleasant despite working on a holiday. So grateful they were open as dinner plans fell through. Couldn't ask for better employees.

So nice and loved it!

I ordered my food and within a minute or so my food was out ready and fresh! Fast service is a big thing for me, and I always get it at the Roanoke, Tx location. I come here often and will for sure come again.

The young girl who took our order was very nice and the food was good. The only negative thing was It was about 10:30 and they had already mopped the floor. It was left very wet. It was as though they had not even rung mop out before mopping. They had signs up. The floor matts were in several booth seats and we could not find one clean wiped table. We cleaned our own with napkins and water from drink dispenser. 3 or 4 other customers came in after us also. An employee, who I feel was the manager, made comment to younger employee about just mopped and now people are walking everywhere on it. I heard her say it and she knew I heard it because look on her face. Just little surprised they were "closing" down that early and had floor that wet and for her to say remark about "customers", who provide her an income, were walking all over the floor. I am sure they had had long day and ready to close inside dining. But if open till twelve, be happy you have paying customers coming in. I will still return to this location in the future.

I did not have a good experience this time...order was wrong, cashier was a little rude, and we waited 15 mins in line.

Decent food, not great. Wish it was better food!
