Taco Bueno

They got my order wrong and gave to someone else.

Took 7 minutes to get order, two cars in front of me. I don't frequent taco Bueno and it appears this one location will be off the list. The two tacos were great but I did not get the burrito that was ordered surprise surprise surprise you get screwed in the drive thru.

Ordered the steak nachos. Very little steak or cheese or flavor.

The mexi dip & chips had mostly small broken pieces of chips. Fairly hard to dip when your holding the chip and very little is exposed to scrap up some dip. Disappointing!

Service continues to get slower. Restaurant only had a handful of customers yet 20 min to get order. I get a 1/2 hour for lunch. So I ate while driving back.

Very unsatisfied. They must have ran out of food. Not very man customers but had to wait 25 mins for 6 party tacos and 6 party burritos. Then he tacos had very little meat inside them. It was by far our worst experience there. We eat there at least couple times s week.

The new hatch chili chicken quesadilla poorly delivered. Soggy from the chili sauce and when you try to eat it everything just squeezes out.

Very slow. Bad customer service. Will never recommend this location. Won't be back again.

I don't really know how to begin describing our visit to Taco Bueno, it definitely was not what we expected, and it definitely wasn't good. My husband and I were going out of town to visit family, so we had several hours on the road ahead of us and we were starving. We both like Mexican food, and I was looking forward to a chicken quesadilla. We went through the drive though and ordered a couple items. We weren't wanting anything too filling, because we were looking forward to a large dinner with my in laws, so we were pretty shocked at how high the total was. We paid and went to another store to fill up on gas. It wasn't until we got to the next location, of course, that we realized they had not included my husband's food. We went back and my husband went inside the store to get his food, so we were running late. We started back on the highway before I opened up my quesadilla. All I got was a mouth full of tortilla! I opened it up to find some cheese, not enough for the tortilla, and no chicken! Needless to say, I didn't eat the quesadilla I was so looking forward to. We were very disappointed with the entire experience and will definitely not be returning to that location any time soon.
