Always messing up orders. Inside is filthy, and the employees are generally rude. The sidewalk is nasty by the front doors because for some reason they pile their trash there. Gross. Hope the new one opening is managed better.

The drive thru line was very long and slow. The boy taking orders wasn't turning his mic off in between orders so we could hear him complaining about his schedule before we ordered. We ordered no tomatoes on our nachos and after getting all the way home, they had tomatoes galore. We ordered cheesecake chimichangas and they were not in our bag. We had to make an additional trip to get them because we had been charged for them.

Didn't receive my entire order. Looks like failure is to be expected when you post a sign saying we'll give you $5 if your order is wrong. I'm sorry but sometimes $5 just doesn't cut it when you've already waited in line for 25 minutes.

We went through the drive through just after 10pm, when we ordered they informed us that their grill wasn't working so we couldn't get any chicken taco rollups. We changed our order and got to the window where the clerk was yelling back and forth with someone in the kitchen as she handed us our food. I ordered no tomatoes on my nachos and I got tomatoes, and we didn't get any napkins or hot sauce.
