they were very confused by my coupon, have me the wrong drink, fixed it to the right drink and shut the window, then finally opened it again and asked if I needed something else, hadn't given me my food yet

Took 15 mins to get my food at the drive thru. And I was the only car the employees were just talking and standing around. They weren't even busy inside when I got there, there were only two cars and no one at the drive thru.
