I had the pleasure of getting my oil changed at Midas shop yesterday, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. I found them on groupon. Kazori's expertise and knowledge were evident from the moment I walked in. She took the time to explain additional issues my car was facing in great detail. What truly impressed me was Kazori’s willingness to show me the specific problems on my car and patiently answer all of my questions. I never once felt rushed or that my inquiries were dismissed as insignificant. Kazori and the rest of the staff have professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.
