My daughter and I were out of town visiting relatives and we had a chance to eat at this franchise. My husband doesn't care for it, but since he wasn't with us, we jumped at the chance. BIG disappointment!!! I could not wait for that mexi-dip-and-chips, but I was met with stale chips, brown guacamole, and brown, runny cheese. The beans had great flavor and consistency, but couldn't single-handedly make up for the others being so bad. I strongly considered taking it back to the counter, but we arrived just before the lunchtime rush and I didn't want to go up in front of the long line of customers and give a bad appearance for the restaurant. I don't like to be the complainer and usually, if one part of the whole plate is having a down day, it can be overlooked, but the whole plate - minus the beans - is a little much! Not sure if this is a reflection of this establishment all of the time, but my one time experience surely fell short!
