Drive Thru wait time is HORRIBLE when they are busy. There were only 5 cars ahead of me and I still waited 45 minutes for my food! Next time I will just go inside and order, I seem to get my food quicker.

It took almost 20 minutes to get a cup of soup, a side of party beans and a side of queso which they forgot and I had to remind them.

The food was not fresh. The beans in the mexi dip n chips were hard. The shells the dips were in were stale. Disappointed but will be back. Usually that taco Bueno is really good. I hope it was a one time thing.

very poor customer service at this location I will never go back and unfortunately it's the closest one to my house at 20 miles away
