They did not have cheese enchiladas. That's what I wanted. I backed out of the drive thru and went somewhere else.

They forgot an item I had ordered and paid for. I was long gone before I discovered it. I've had enough annoying interactions here, that I'm pretty burnt out. Not likely to return any time soon.

The drive thru looked busy so I went in because I was in a hurry. I placed my order and sat down to wait for my food. Two other people had placed there order apparently and were sitting down waiting before I even ordered. I heard the guy on the back line say "I can't get to the front orders someone else will have to do it because I just don't have time for that" so finally a guy said I'll do it and came around to the front and started making up orders. Mind you as I said before 2 other people were already sitting down waiting for their orders when I walked in and went straight to the counter that had no line and placed my order. Then the other two people got their orders before mine which was how it should be. My unsatisfactory experience was due to the fact that nobody had even started on their orders when I walked In

Food didn't taste good and I found a bug in the guacamole!! Yuck!!! Don't think I'll be back there!

No napkins, no hot sauce, kids quesadillas were burned, and THERE WAS A BUG IN MY FOOD
