Being a business owner myself, I understand being busy, short staffed and training new employees. However, we waited 30 minutes for a basic small order and there were at least 10 customers waiting when we walked in. As I walked in a gentleman customer said "I hope you aren't in a hurry!". It was about 8 PM and there were only a few people sitting with there order eating and many waiting. One gentleman said out loud "This is not worth waiting for $8!" threw his receipt on the counter and left. No one said a word to him to offer his money back or at least an apology. The Manager was helping work the line and he had a new guy on the register that was just struggling with the basic orders. The Manager seemed to be just acting like any other employee and not taking charge of things getting done. One lady said that she was sorry for the wait to two people in the dining room but only after they acted upset. The Manager NEVER said a word! Horrible excuse for a Manager, Shift Leader or whatever his title may be.

I am very upset at the Catoosa store. We have always had problems, but we continued to go back to hope that the service would be better. Most of the time we would go through the drive thru and end up waiting 5-10 minutes just to get the the window and then another 5 at the window waiting on food. This is an every time deal at this store. This time we came in, our temporary tag on our car got stolen. We called back up and asked to talk to a manager about this, and they said the store manager had just left and the next one would be in around 3. So we called back at 4, asked to talk to the manager, waited on hold for close to 5 minutes, just for the manager to answer and say 'Well we actually don't have cameras on the lot.' And hung up on us. My mom and I refuse to go back to this store. We have also had problems with the 'manager' Zack. He has absolutely no idea how to run a store and definitely doesn't deserve a manger position.
