didn't give me all my order

I ordered my food and just was told my total wasn't told back my order , when I got to the window she just told me the amount I gave her the money she asked if we wanted sauce I said yes. When we got back to our hotel a few blocks away our chips were stale and hard they sucked!! I've been to the ones in Longview and never had a bad experience I won't come back to the one on Kilgore!!

Got my order wrong and had to wait at the counter for 15 minutes before i even got helped!

The chips on my nachos where very hard

Waited in line for 29 minutes. Left. I will be back. They must of had issues in the kitchen.
