We were the only customers inside the store and it took 5 minutes for someone to come and take our order. When we got our cups the drink machine was out of ice. The pico at the salsa bar looked old even though it was only noon and when we got our food, the beans weren't fresh and they were hard and stale. I ordered a side of chips with guacamole and they didn't give us any guacamole, they gave us queso. The worst experience I have ever had a Bueno and I am a very loyal customer.
