Food was poorly put together and wasn't fresh

While I was impressed by the friendly staff and the speed of service, the food quality was poor. The grilled burrito I got had black char all over it and the salsa tasted it like it had gone bad. I was really disappointed with the food this trip.

They got my order wrong and after we drove away I noticed they charged me too much for what I ordered. I ordered a potato burrito and 2 muchacos. I was charged for 2 potato burritos and 2 muchacos. I received the 2 muchacos and a bean burrito... Unfortunately, we were running late to our next location, otherwise I would have gone back. I was so frustrated. Also, one of my wrappers was covered with dried guacamole that looked disgusting. I was thoroughly disappointed.

In the to go bag, no napkins, no fork or spoon. Ask if we wanted hot sauce, said yes, none in the bag. This happens about half of the time.

Drive thru service is terrible at the location on Westport in Fort Worth, TX. They are the slowest I have ever seen. I sat in the line today for 30 minutes after I ordered and before I got to the window and another 15 at the window. No apologies for the wait, nothing. Terrible customer service. I will not be visiting again.

Absolutely greasy. My grown son and mysf got very sick.
