Very surprised that the drink tasted like syrup was out and the chips in my mucho nachos were stale. Not the norm at this location. Expect that next time will be better

The speed of service was terrible. Longest line I've ever seen due to slow service and in staffed. The prep line was just chatting away instead of calling orders. My mom got a salad and couldn't eat it because it was so awful. Not returning here.

Took 12 minutes to make a quesadilla. It wasn't even that busy. Was nearly late to work from my lunch break.

they did not put all of my food in the bag

I did the drivethru, and the lady literally was trying to throw my food & debit card at me. I ended up losing my card because of that and had to pull up and look for it. I asked for hot sauce and she slammed the door and ignored me. About 30sh maybe, heavy set Mexican lady.
