Dermologica products for purchase and products used during facial are exceptional and perfect for my highly sensitive skin. Receptionist very welcoming. Esthetician highly professional and knowledgeable. Facility is extremely clean.

I had an amazing experience with Heather and the receptionist. Both were so kind and understanding of skin concerns and were very accommodating and talkative. I loved my time at Hand and Stone.

I was greeted and welcomed in a friendly manner. I was provided footwear upon arrival. I was asked if i needed to use the washroom (3x) I asked for a pillow and was accommodated. The esthetician was very friendly and efficient. I felt comfortable and found the experience to be relaxing. I would love to go again, maybe for a facial ?

Wonderful experience, reception was welcoming, very little wait time my esthetician Heather was very knowledgeable in discussing my skin and the experience was relaxing, I felt invigorated after the appointment, they recommended products but I did not feel pressured to purchase, I really love the Dermalogica products I did purchase. My therapist used active release that was highly effective in getting the knots out. I had only had that before with a chiropractor. From start to finish, my massage was excellent and enjoyable. I felt I was in very capable hands. I didn’t have to tell him where my pain was. He found it. The hot towelling off and balm at the end was icing on the cake
