Woman on the drive thru speaker was awful. Kept yelling and repeating into the speaker saying there was a ghost in it. Had to repeat my order to her 6 times. Once I pulled up to the window she was angry and in a bad mood and talking to other employees instead of saying anything to me. Once I opened my food there was a hair in my queso. Horrible experience. Will not go back.

I ended up pulling out of the drive-thru and going to Taco Bell instead. Waited 10 minutes before the line even moved. There were 7 cars in front of me and didn't have time to wait that long. Very slow drive-thru.

Parking lot is horrible, they shorted me FOUR burritos and I didn't know until I got to work, they had me pull forward for ten minutes to wait on my order and they STILL got it wrong!!!
